本機(jī)簡介:

◎ 本機(jī)由送紙部、印刷部、烘干部、上光油部、開槽部、模切部六部分組成并可根據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)情況隨意組合。

◎ 本機(jī)可以與紙板上料機(jī)、聯(lián)動(dòng)線、自動(dòng)捆扎機(jī)、碼垛機(jī)組成全PLC控制生產(chǎn)流水線，或者與接料機(jī)、邊角清除機(jī)組成普通全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)流水線。

◎ 送紙部采用前緣送紙系統(tǒng)，也可選擇伺服前緣送紙系統(tǒng)。

◎ 進(jìn)紙方式可選擇無軸進(jìn)紙或有軸進(jìn)紙。

◎ 配有高壓吸塵、靜電除塵、毛刷或毛刷軸三級(jí)除塵系統(tǒng)。

◎ 網(wǎng)紋輥可配膠輥或刮刀兩種上墨方式，并且可快裝組合。

◎ 版輥橫移PLC控制電動(dòng)調(diào)整。

◎ 傳動(dòng)齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼，滲碳淬火后精磨制造。

◎ 齒輪采用噴淋潤滑和潤滑脂集中供油潤滑系統(tǒng)，并具備油路平衡功能。

◎ 主機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)、相位電機(jī)、拉板均采用PLC觸摸屏多功能控制。

◎ 開槽部采用PLC觸摸屏控制可實(shí)現(xiàn)紙箱數(shù)據(jù)輸入一鍵成型，并具有訂單儲(chǔ)存功能。

Brief Introduction:

◎ This machine is composed of six units, which are feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit, varnish unit, slotting unit, die cutting unit and it can be freely combined according to user’s production situation.

◎ This machine can make up a full PLC control production line with cardboard feeder, binding line, automatic strapper, stacker or make  up normal automatic production line with stacker, corner cleaner machine.

◎ Feeding unit adopts lead edge feeder or servo lead edge feeder.

◎ The feeding adopts without shaft feeding or shaft feeding.

 ◎ Equipped with high pressure vacuum device, electrostatic dust, brush or brush shaft three stage dust removal system.

 ◎ Anilox roller can be equipped with rubber roller and doctor blade two ways of supplying inking, and be quickly combined.

 ◎ Printing roller lateral movement is controlled by PLC and electric adjustment.

◎ Transmission gear adopts high quality alloy steel, fine grinding is manufactured after carburizing and quenching.

◎ Gear adopts spray lubrication and lubricating grease centralized oil supplied lubricating system, and has oil line balance function.

◎ Main machine, blower, phase motor and pull plate are all used PLC touch screen multifunction controlling system.

   ◎ The slotting until adopts PLC touch screen to control the data input of the carton, and has the order storage function.
